Outside Sales Representative North Palm Beach, FL

Kaizen Lab Inc. West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite) Full-Time

Think Technologies Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Outside Sales Representative to promote IT and Telecom services through business development, networking, relationships, awareness, and new sales in the Palm Beach and Broward County markets. The ideal candidate will have business development and relationship building skills as well as exceptional customer service experience. They will be responsible for developing new business by understanding their needs and meeting their expectations. They need to be very personable with an excellent network of strategic partners in those markets. We will provide detailed training on our technology and telecom solutions, so they don’t have to be overly technical.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Experience in the IT Service Provider / Managed Service Provider Industry
  • Exceptional business development skills that create long-term value for our organization with customers, markets, and relationships
  • Develop meaningful business relationships through networking
  • Provide top quality customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Develop a proficiency in our PSA software ConnectWise
  • Read and understand technical reports and communicate those to clients
  • Work with a technical team to generate quotes and solutions for clients
  • Good analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with others
  • Support team members with good basic troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language when dealing with clients
  • Understand the complexities of a business computer network
  • Research and recommend solutions to technical client issues using problem-solving, critical-thinking and presentation skills
  • Meet or exceed all time deadlines and project milestones assigned to you
  • Quick thinking and the ability to move from one task to another will be critical to success in this position

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Ability to follow detailed instructions

Transportation Requirements: This position requires travel to and from client's sites. Employees use their own vehicle, and the company reimburses for business-related mileage.

Working Conditions: Employee will be working out in the field and office environment.

Authority: This position directly reports and takes direction from the CEO. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to make decisions that best serve our clients from a customer service and technical point of view.

Like Industry Positions: IT Engineer, Printer/copier, VoIP/Telecom and Internet Service Provider

Compensation: $100,000.00/year Plus (Base $65,000.00 and commission is not capped)

Additional: Employer paid health, vision, dental and life insurance. Auto and expenses are reimbursed - cell phone and laptop are provided. Company 401K offered as well.
