An acute care facility located in Central Texas is in search for a PACU Nurse Manager to join their reputable care team.

The PACU Nurse Manager will join an accomplished acute care facility in Central Texas. This facility is well known in the region for offering a unique patient experience in an upscale environment. The PACU Nurse Manager will work closely with other leaders within the facility to coordinate the delivery of patient care. The RN Nurse Manager will promote the practice of professional nursing to medical staff, hospital staff and the governing body while also participating in the development, monitoring and reporting of process improvement activities. The PACU Nurse Manager will be supported by administrative and medical staff, while directly reporting to the Nurse Director of the Surgical and Perianesthesia unit. 

The PACU Nurse Manager will use their clinical communication skills to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their patients. Additionally, expertise in developing and utilization of resources to fulfill those expectations will be an important skill.
