Responsibilities:

* Assist with balance sheet and income statement analyses used to prepare the consolidated statement of cash flows.
* Assist with monthly consolidated balance sheet and cash flow analytical review including assisting with the investigation of variance explanations.
* Perform selected balance sheet account reconciliations and analyses used in reporting.
* Support accounting for international operations including reviewing intercompany investments, currency translation adjustments, and local GAAP to US GAAP reconciliations.
* Investigate inquiries from international finance teams to ensure proper accounting for US GAAP reporting.
* Prepare supporting schedules for the consolidated statement of cash flows.
* Assist with the preparation of quarterly/annual US GAAP technical accounting memos.
* Assist with information requests from Internal and External Audits as needed.
* Assist with other close processes as needed.
* Assist with accounting for various corporate accounting areas as needed.

Knowledge & Experience

* 3 plus years
* CPA preferred
* Accounting degree required
