1. No experience necessary as we will provide full training to get you certified and confident on the Power Plate equipment.

1. Leading engaging and effective Power Plate sessions for individuals or small groups.
2. Encouraging and supporting clients to achieve their fitness goals.
3. Explaining and demonstrating exercises with clear instructions.
4. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.
