Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and translate management vision, regulatory driven initiatives into projects and tasks
  • Support project and resource planning, manage team performance, influence, and collaborate across multiple teams, and keep team informed of decisions and industry trends in transaction monitoring, regulator landscape
  • Prepare progress reports and present it to senior management in timely fashion
  • Identify issues affecting performance of model
  • Lead Model development efforts, translate business requirement into technical specification
  • Lead tuning and optimization of transaction monitoring scenarios


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of total work, including moderate experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring systems like Prime, Mantas, Norkom, and Actimize
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, management information system (MIS)/Information Management, or equivalent
  • Exposure to Financial Crime Compliance covering business lines Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Trade Finance, or Asset Management (direct exposure to at least two business lines is essential)
  • Statistical/data analysis skills with knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is a must and Data Analysis using Python
