Key tasks:
  • Lead the process of receiving orders and dispatches to customers for the business unit ESD (Sulfur Derivatives) for North America and exports.
  • Manage all pricing and rebates with the support of Account Managers, within SAP and for billing by also taking into account order to cash and internal audit guidelines.
  • Responsible for the OTIF delivery process with a challenge to be above 90% of effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the logistics process at plant between sales and plant operations as well as procurement, outside suppliers and supply chain to secure isotanks, truckers and rail fleet and freight for all moves.
  • Focal point for the continuous improvement of SAP system for OTC process (Key user for Lemoyne for SAP Atlas system).
  • Ensure maintenance of Customer Master Data for the correct registration of commercial operations.
  • Manage any customer claims, compliance with SOA and quality procedures (ISO 9001) in order to ensure the supply of products to customers in a timely manner, control of customers’ accounts statements, as well as response to customer complaints.
  • Lead the internal control standards compliance for OTC process, ensuring the outcome of internal and external audits. Satisfactory score is target for the business in North America.
  • Responsible for the interaction with freight payments and services for both Local and export invoicing.
  • Support Account Managers with collection of past dues  for the aforementioned businesses, with a stretch target to get an overdue ratio less than 5% average.
  • Manage relationship with forwarders, carriers and brokers for export and import of product and isotanks.
  • Manage import warehouses and inventory for imported product.
  • Direct involvement with fleet manager and supply chain team in managing fleet within plant, arranging cleaning and logistics for ISO tank and rail fleet and delivery to customers including the setup of tariff within SAP for accurate accruals.

Logistics knowledge, Customer Service expertise, Foreign trade expertise, Business Administration, Accountant knowledge, Quality management system, Effective negotiation, Problem analysis and decision making, Performance management, Fleet and equipment experience. Proven ability to lead and supervise a team to consistently meet challenging work standards. Proven ability to work in an area with changing priorities. 
Education Requirements: University degree (Business / Administration / Foreign Trade)
Experience: 3-5 years leadership experience within a customer service environment.
