JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Supervisor will have strong leadership skills for the production Operations while managing employees. This role will require the supervisor to manage a production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing additional tasks as required to accomplish organizational goals
• Process improvement efforts in the Warehouse Areas and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates degree Preferred.
• Food Production Experience is Preferred
• Proficient in using multiple warehousing functions.
• 3+ years’ experience in a production warehouse environment within the Food industry.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
