Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals for the Indiana Pipe and Precast division. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Manages and directs the drafting department and inside sales groups. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to a Location manager.
