Primary responsibilities include:
Support the execution of digital marketing strategy by ensuring the available technology capability is understood and effectively incorporated to achieve business goals.
Administer and manage key assigned marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud – serving as the central IT admin of the platform.
Manage campaign execution across channels (Email, Web, Social) leveraging available technology and document best practices.
Partner with Digital Operations on measurement of digital marketing campaigns, activations, and products via tagging, tracking, attribution, and data integrations/dashboards.
Utilize strong analytical capability to help define measurement plans and report on program success. Provide recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts.
Manage support queues to ensure customers are provided top notch support of assigned systems within defined SLAs.
Project Management accountability for assigned digital initiatives – with responsibility for driving project timelines and deliverables across teams.
Technology software and services vendor management and coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree; concentration in Marketing or IT field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience using a mix of tools that power the multi-channel customer experience – with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing technologies and programs that directly align with the specific responsibilities for this position.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT, Commercial, Web / Digital Operations processes.
Experience collaborating with creative agencies and IT partners – including the development of content, creative and deployment of digital assets.
Experience with setting up and maintaining marketing databases, tag management systems, and digital advertising solutions is a plus.
Experience in testing and optimization of conversion rates via landing pages and SEO tactics is a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, xDB).
Experience with consumer packaged goods and/or eCommerce companies are a plus.
