Job Overview
Artica is looking to hire an exceptionally driven and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to become an integral part of our team. This pivotal role is crucial for maintaining the seamless flow of our office operations, providing unwavering support to our team members, and acting as the main point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, proactive, and passionate about making Artica a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Manage general office management activities, including addressing facilities issues and overseeing day-to-day office operations.
- Proactively identify and execute tasks to support all team members, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the landlord and other service providers, effectively communicating any facility-related concerns or requirements.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members or resolving them independently when possible.
- Lead culture initiatives within the company to foster a work environment that is collaborative, inspiring, and engaging; this includes owning company-wide communications, event organization, and other tasks.
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively identify and address tasks without direct supervision.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Salary range $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
