Possible Temp to Hire

Well established Portland Millwork Company with national accounts seeking a qualified CAD drafter to produce shop fabrication drawings for high end custom fixtures, millwork, retail architectural casework and ornamental metal utilizing AutoCAD 2013.


  • Proficient in use of AutoCAD or Solid Works. (If experience is with Solid Works primarily, also prefer having AutoCAD proficiencies.)
  • Work from architectural and ID prints to generate accurate shop fabrication drawings.
  • Able to utilize software shortcut features and efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of architectural woodworking/architectural detailing.
  • Ability to work off of Architectural and ID prints or renderings to envision and generate accurate buildable shop fabrication drawings.
  • Work effectively in a fast paced high production environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as communicate with team effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
