Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. They work with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1) Provides outstanding customer service while assisting customers with legal and state paperwork 2) Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives. 3) Reviews customer credit applications. 4) Makes extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers. 5) Assesses profitability to dealership of financing arrangements. 6) Utilizes the menu selling process every time... on every deal. 7) Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist. 8) Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. 9) Works closely with sales team. 10) Ensures compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products. 11) Supports the dealership’s initiative in Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.  

Job Requirements:

At least "1" year automotive dealership F&I producer experience required Finance and Insurance Management training preferred Proven track record Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results Team-oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test Valid driver's license with good driving record
