Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is looking for a sharp help desk technician with at least 1-3 years of experience within help desk support. This person will be part of a team of helpdesk analysts that provide technical support for about 1000 end users with issues involving Windows 7/10, Office 2010/2013/2016 (especially Word formatting and document issues), Outlook, Imanage document management, Citrix remote connections, legal applications, and PDA's (Blackberry, Iphones). The second shift roles are about 85% phone/remote support and 10% conference room and floor and project oriented work, and the rest internal process/knowledge improvement. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to technical ability.

Top Skills Required

  • Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office in a corporate environment.
  • Candidates must be especially strong in troubleshooting MS Word including formatting documents, styling, document conversions, document corruption issues, etc.
  • Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems such as Windows 7/10.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting Citrix or VPN connections.
  • Experience supporting a document management system such as Imanage is a big plus.
