Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Customer Support Engineer will report to the Technical Director. The Customer Support Engineer will work with an experienced team of Customer Support Engineers & front line support personnel expanding and improving the services that support the Company?s Customers Networks.

Key Responsibilities: List the main tasks and responsibilities
•Contributor to overall system quality of company equipment and services by researching & analyzing Application / System logs & alerts, categorizing & prioritizing errors, and generating & assigning action reports.
•Monitor quality of data imported, processed, and generated by the network.
•Use current & help develop new tools to creatively isolate, identify & solve issues that contribute to transaction errors
•Perform detailed analysis of transaction errors to identify the root cause of failures. Recommend & document solutions for Systems Engineering, Development, Product Management and Support
•Provides 2nd level remote technical support to the customers.
•Train customers in company?s product portfolio
•Provide on call support in the evening or on weekends if required
•Supervise the implementation and commissioning for the company's wireless products across customer network

Education and Experience:
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless industry
•Previous experience with Carrier grade 3GPP/LTE wireless networking equipment
•Customer facing experience
•IP Networking experience, knowledge of communication protocols
•IP Telephony/VoIP knowledge
•Knowledge in wireless networks
•Excellent English level (written, spoken)
•Working experience in Linux is a plus
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Availability to travel 20% of time within US (and few times a year internationally possible) with short time notification (including possible temporary short term relocations)
•Bachelor's degree in data communications, engineering or electronics
