The vice president for enrollment management is responsible for engaging prospective students from the U.S. and around the world by championing college mission, identity, and unique place in higher education.
The vice president will lead a team of dedicated professionals in admissions, financial aid, and communications and marketing.
Critical functions of the college are responsible for promoting, recruiting, cultivating, motivating, and supporting each step of the process for prospective students as they discern direction for their academic, career, and life pursuits.
In addition to overseeing the enrollment management division, the vice president will work collaboratively with a highly engaged cabinet team, providing senior-level leadership and insight to the president.
The vice president will carry forward and communicate a strong tradition of Reformed Christian engagement and practice within a rapidly changing national and international educational and cultural landscape, amidst a student body of increasing diversity.
The vice president will also work to strengthen key relationships between various college divisions, assuring robust engagement, collaboration, and excellence in execution, resulting in the growth of student enrollment that is central to college strategic priorities.
