Job Requirements * A passion for helping seniors * A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members. * Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written * Ability to work effectively as part of a team Job Responsibilities Include * Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs. * Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life. * Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records. * Current State CNA certification preferred. Or Home Health Aide.
