• Other info: Position rotates between main hospital and outpatient clinics, with a mix of day/night shifts.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for supporting the care of patients with behavioral health needs on inpatient medical units, emergency department, and both on- and off-campus ambulatory clinics. Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with patients and their families to develop effective care plans.
2. Responding to and deescalating acute behavioral health crises.
3. Educating staff on caring for patients with behavioral health needs.
4. Rotating between different roles on the team including providing proactive behavioral health care, managing acute behavioral events, and staffing medical units.

To qualify, you must have:

• A BSN.
• Minimum 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience.
• 1 year of experience working with children with behavioral health needs.
