Ultimate Staffing is looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives in Smyrna, GA.
Must have healthcare/medical industry experience.
Assist members with routine service inquiries (selecting a physician, member identification cards, transportation arrangements, eligibility inquiries etc..)
Assist members with processing premium payments
Assist providers with routine service requests (verifying eligibility, benefits explanation, claims and appeal procedures)
Ensure all HIPPA and state regulations are adhered to at all times
Research, follow-up and resolve all issues in a timely member to ensure customer satisfaction
Screen members to determine case management needs
Minimum 1 year of healthcare/Medical industry experience required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Must be able to type 35 WPM
Computer proficiency in "Windows" environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Adaptable to a constantly changing environment
Great problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
