Job Description

The Service Center Coordinator is responsible for the distribution of driver kits materials for new clients and ongoing support for replacement and renewal of driver kit materials as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Order, assemble, and distribute driver kit materials and renewals
-Manage and maintain drivers names and pin numbers in fuel card vendor's database
-Run and distribute reports as requested in the fuel card vendor's database
-Entry of key information for the request of driver kit materials
-Update internal system with new vehicle information
-Meet departmental standards for driver kit distributions
-Handle and respond to all ResponsePlan tickets within the company OLA guidelines
-Learn and adhere to internal procedural standards
-Learn and operate all internal and external systems required

JOB COMPETENCIES:

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
-High school diploma required/College preferred.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Customer service experience preferred.
-Must type at least 30 WPM. Must provide excellent customer service.
-Ability to understand the insurance industry and insurance terminology.
-Must work cooperatively with others.
-Must have ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form.
-Must treat fellow associates with respect.
-Must be flexible and adhere to company policy and standards
