Vice President, Partner Sales (US Remote)

TTEC is in the process of transforming its sales and go to market approach. As a part of this transformation we are seeking an VP, Partner Sales to join our TTEC Digital global sales team.

What you’ll be doing: 


We currently have an opening for a Vice President, Partner Sales to drive the growth of our dynamic product and services portfolio which includes CX Strategy & Digital Transformation Consulting, Analytics, Automation & AI, Contact Center Software, Omnichannel Orchestration, and Learning & Knowledge. The principal mission of this position will be to generate qualified leads via our partner network effectively growing our pipeline of opportunities across our blended strategic consulting services and cloud-based technology platforms.

You will be responsible for: 
  • Develop and execute high quality pipeline growth strategies across multiple channels:  contact center platform & technology providers, automation & RPA providers, service providers, digital agencies, system integrators, and management consulting firms, OEM's
  • Generate pipeline and sales through joint account planning and prospecting with partners, white label reseller opportunities, and driving partner marketing and field activities
  • Work closely with sales and executive management team to agree on go-to market activities in specific industries and territories.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual pipeline and sales quotas and MBOs
  • Manage multiple partner-led sales opportunities, responsible for deal qualification, customer interfacing and relationship building with channel contacts, ultimately being the executive ensuring we are maximizing growth through our partner network 
Desired Skills and Experience: 
  • 10+ years minimum Sales/Partner sales experience in a Contact Center solutions environment
  • 5+ years in Demand Generation role focused on medium to enterprise solution sales.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in partner driven sales and is driven by challenges and rewards to proactively build and manage a prospect lead pipeline with dozens of open sales opportunities at any point in time
  • Strong 'hunter' skill set, with proven track record and well-established relationships with systems integrators, VARs, consulting firms, service providers
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships and partnerships with the business leaders and decision makers
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude
  • Proven ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fast growing, environment
  • Highly versatile and motivated.  High energy leadership style and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
