Investor Services Senior Associate

Global hedge fund seeks to hire an experienced Investor Services Senior Associate professional. In general, the Investor Services (“IS”) group is responsible for the on and off-boarding of investors, account activity and reporting. Additionally, “IS” works with several internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory issues and requirements while striving to create an industry leading process and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage deliverables and performance of outside partners/providers
  • Oversee internal processes and procedures of team
  • Participate in initiatives designed to support new products, markets and investor requirements
  • Help drive change, solutions and improvements across the group
  • Support, mentor and motivate junior staff
  • BS/BA with a strong academic track record
  • 7-12 years of related Investor Services experience in a hedge fund and or financial services setting
  • Solid understanding of AML, KYC, subscriptions, redemptions, investor reporting and servicing
  • Ability to streamline, automate and improve efficiency
  • Sound leadership abilities
