What You’ll Do

Birdeye is looking for a rockstar Sales Manager to lead sales for our next-generation business reputation and customer experience platform, reimagining how customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers. The market for Reputation Management and Customer Experience software is estimated at $10B+ in the US alone, and 2-3x that globally. Every business can benefit from our platform, something that sets us apart from point solutions. We need winners who will help us grow, exceed goals, and have a lot of fun along the way.

Responsibilities

At Birdeye, the sales team is responsible for driving all sales efforts, and the team's success is key to our growth. As the Sales Manager, you will:

  • Master the Birdeye sales process, from outbound efforts to discovery, demos, and closing deals.
  • Coach your team to achieve their quotas each month and quarter.
  • Scale your team as needed to meet company revenue goals.
  • Develop your sales reps' skills to advance them into upmarket or leadership roles.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to guide your team toward the company’s objectives.
  • Empower your direct reports through training, motivation, and support.
  • Help your AEs hit and exceed their assigned quotas and targets.
  • Grow your management skills and build a high-performing team.
  • Be willing to learn to sell the product yourself during the initial ramp period.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience leading a team of AEs in the SaaS space.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership qualities and proven leadership methods.
  • A player-coach mentality, ready to lead by example.
