FT and PT - Behavioral Health Associate 1

Position is responsible for monitoring patient activities throughout the day; including meals, outings and household duties.  This position also provides milieu support, crisis intervention  and assists patients in managing challenges they face throughout  the day.  Solid boundaries and a strong work ethic are a must for this position! All candidates must be willing to eat with and supervise the patients during mealtime.  

The chosen candidate must be awake at all times and may participate in patient crisis management. A clear driving record is required.  Some psychiatric experience is required and eating disorder experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree is required

Working with clients who struggle with an eating disorder is highly unique and rewarding. The knowledge you will gain will be invaluable in expanding your experience working in the healthcare industry.

Must be 21 years or older.
