What you'll do
As the Medical Assistant you will assistant clients in meeting health and safety needs in accordance with each individuals stage of recovery and by following program policies. You will provide written documentation of observations to the residents individual service plan and review process. You will follow physician orders and help residents with delivery of self-administration of medications.

What you'll bring

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Washington State Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Must be sensitive, receptive, and mature enough to be neither upset by the clients, nor cause the clients further adjustment difficulties.
  • Must maintain an attitude toward interactions with residents that is objective, free from personal bias; one that allows for perspective and flexibility in observing groups and individual behavior patterns

Preferably you'll bring

  • Behavioral Health or rehabilitation experience desired.
  • 6 months working in a residential setting
