We are adding a Sales Manager to our sales team. This individual should be passionate about selling with an entrepreneurial spirit. A successful candidate will be competitive and driven by achieving company and personal metrics.

Our Sales Manager will identify and cultivate new prospects, maintain current client relationships, and effectively close sales with client across industries.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Coordinate and execute all efforts within sales process to drive new business within designated role
  • Capability to navigate throughout an organization to identify a decision maker
  • Understand customer needs by developing knowledge of current environment, requirements, challenges and future needs to develop the best solution proposal
  • Quota achievement on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop and maintain regional territory plan as outlined by leadership
  • Develops knowledge of competitive products, services, and sales strategies within assigned markets and product portfolios
  • Maintain accurate details of activity, accounts, opportunity and forecasts in ATS system on a daily basis
  • Build both Company and personal brand awareness
  • Understand and communicate Company value to prospects
  • Collaborate with all departments to impart knowledge and maintain company branding  

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 5 to 7 years of staffing or recruiting services sales experience, industry-specific knowledge a plus! 
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with service offering 
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry including employment law, market trends and best practices 
  • Demonstrated territory management skills 
  • Leadership abilities to effectively communicate client needs with company leadership, account managers and recruiting team
  • Proven track record of process implementation and improvement
  • Ability to prepare a team game plan and execute a strategy daily
  • Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals
  • Must have strong closing skills 
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills 
  • The ability to effectively work with company personnel and direct users 
  • Sales methodology training a plus 
  • This role requires 10% travel and is based in Northeast Ohio
