Position Overview & Responsibilities
Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
Will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be groomed to oversee more than one unit
Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
Participate in sales programs
Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
Major Medical & dental – With Health Partners for Medical and Delta dental
Vacation 2 weeks in the first year
Excellent bonus potential
GM's write their own schedules
Must have volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
You must be at least 21 years old.
You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
