Our client has been a Washington, DC area favorite since 1986 when the brothers were told 'Start a business or go to college.” The business route won and the family opened a carry-out burger joint in Arlington, Virginia. The family served only hand-formed burgers cooked to perfection on a grill along with fresh-cut fries cooked in pure peanut oil. The little burger joint quickly developed a cult-like following. Press paid attention. Customers voted the burger '#1' in the metro area.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
  • Will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be groomed to oversee more than one unit
  • Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
  • Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
  • Participate in sales programs
  • Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit

Position Requirements

  • Must have volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
  • You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
  • Good longevity in current and past positions.
  • No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
