The candidate will work with the Leisure AVP to lead, manage, and maintain the Leisure IT end user and system needs within the division. That needs to be paired with business, system, and infrastructure knowledge for the Hospitality Industry. They will identify, research, and resolves technical problems. They will work with team to maintain documentation of client networks and systems.
Demonstrates expert understanding of the applications and systems in use, serving as a resource to others.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of Hospitality IT systems used within the Leisure division.
10+ years of hands on hospitality applications and hardware experience. The experience must include expert level knowledge of the Springer-Miller Host system, RetailPro, and Micros POS.
Hardware knowledge must include server, desktop, networking equipment, network topology and protocols. .
Demonstrates an understanding of the changing business needs for the line-of-business supported and the impact these changes have on their service area.
Advises clients on business problems, formulates options including assessing their relative merits and risks, and works with clients to determine the best solution.
Builds and maintains up-to-date knowledge about ARAMARK’s processes, strategies, and industry trends to ensure efficient and timely provision of services.
Able to effectively communicate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including senior management, the user community, and less-experienced staff.
Leads the support of effective networks of internal and external customers, suppliers, the technical community, and consultants.
Can completely assess the most complex systems and models. This typically involves large, interdependent systems, new technologies, and broad implications for the IT architecture.
Solves technical and project/process management problems that may have not been encountered previously in the organization, leverages learnings and experiences of other IT staff.
Can analyze complex business and competitive issues and discern their implications for the organization.
Researches future trends in applications technologies and provides technical leadership to strategic applications architecture planning.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
Expert level knowledge of the Springer-Miller Host system
