The Proposal Strategist is responsible for strategizing, collaborating, writing and developing winning proposals in response for Requests For Proposals \(RFPs\) from start to finish\. This position will conduct prepositioning, proposal and presentation development efforts in collaboration with business development and project management leadership\. Responsibilities will include meeting proposal deadlines, establishing priorities and developing distinctive value propositions\.
+ Develop proposal management plan, draft storyboards, develop win themes and strategy, and collaborate with project teams\.
+ Create compliant, convincing and thorough content to win work\.
+ Perform pink, red and gold team reviews and adjust marketing materials in response to review and requests\.
+ Conduct review of the go/no\-go decision and lead proposal kickoff meeting with project and technical team partners\.
+ Develop graphics and charts that visually communicate concepts and ideas key to proposal content\.
+ Perform post\-submittal activities including presentations and interview preparation in the checkmate phase\.
+ Assist with the submittal for industry and project awards
+ Attend professional associations, conferences to build professional network and help market company to potential clients and partners\. Assist with booth setup\.
+ All other duties as assigned\.
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field\.
+ Minimum 3 years in marketing, business development, or sales with a professional services firm\. Experience at an A/E firm preferred\.
+ APMP, CPSM, or equivalent certification, preferred\.
+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills\.
+ Proficiency with Adobe InDesign strongly preferred\.
