Growing nutraceutical company is looking for a Customer Service Manager /Call Center Manager to manage all department aspects including personnel. Responsible for managing B2B and B2C departments. Will plan and schedule the work shifts and develop relationships with customers and outside sales reps to promote goodwill and generate new business.
Experience in the nutraceutical/vitamin industry
5+ years of supervisory experience in a call center environment
Strong track record of accounting principles
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
