Accounting Administrative Clerk

Our client is looking for an Accounting Administrative Clerk candidate to assist their Business Operation/Fiscal office. This position is contract with the possibility of being temp-to-hire, in which the candidate will typically covert to permanent in 3-4 months. Candidates should be able to interview within 1-week of being submitted to this role and able to start within 2-weeks. Position hours are 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Pay rate: $14-14.25/hr depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision offerings from Kelly Services; a dedicated Kelly representative to assist you while placed, discounts for shopping and various large purchases through the Kelly internal module JOB DUTIES:
- Candidate will have responsibility for day to day finance and billing matters including but not limited to verifing documentaion of services and products for Early Intervention Program including exception line items, devices, and insurance waivers for medical billing in our online billing system.
- Will also assist with prepare payment vouchers for submission to Accounting department and researching and responding to billing related maters for providers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES KSAs: 1-2 years of accounting support or business operations/finance experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills analytical, research, reasoning and problem solving skills. Demonstrated typing and 10 key skills, skill operating a personal computer along with various software packages, skill using calculators and other office equipment.
