Process Engineer II - Cement
Summary
This job role is responsible for supporting and assisting plant performance and the production department to implement plant improvement projects.
Duties
-Follow the inspection schedule and perform inspections/audits when necessary
- Lead studies and projects of plant process equipment and make improvements
- Liaise with technical experts within the company and outside
- Assist when needed with the control room operators, answer any questions they have
- Perform Circuit equipment troubleshooting and inspections
- Perform Circuit Control evaluations and ensure the quality of the product and the equipment operations
- Provide process control charts, hypothesis test, probability, and multiple correlation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in cement or similar manufacturing
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Must have strong planning and organizing skills
