This full-time role requires someone with a knack for process optimization, problem-solving, and technical expertise in managing CRM tools, automation platforms, and workflow systems. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our clients and internal operations run like clockwork.



Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage automated workflows to streamline business operations.
  • Analyze inefficiencies in existing processes and propose AI-driven solutions.
  • Integrate automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate) with CRM and project management systems.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring client interactions and data are organized and automated for efficiency.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workflows and automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM, automation, or connected tools.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Track tasks, document outcomes, and maintain detailed records of client and team interactions.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and GPT-4 to enhance productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align automation with business goals and client expectations.
  • Create customer-facing reports and workflows that are easy to understand and actionable.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools (e.g., GPT-4) into client workflows or internal processes.
  • Suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in process automation, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and AI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about operational improvements.
