Principal Industrial Security Analyst with Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications: Top Secret clearance. CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc. Industrial Security Professional Certifications - SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc. Experience with customer high side networks to include CV2, CORE, CNET, JADE, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion. Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). OPSEC program experience. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications. Computer and desktop office software products experience. Classification review experience.
Salary Range: $84,600 - $127,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
