Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Designation
The purpose of the Sr Compensation Analyst is to provide support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs.
Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
May prepare special studies and recommendations.
Administration of domestic and/or international compensation programs.
Job Core Responsibilities
Provide support to Mgr, Compensation and rest of TR team members in development implementation, and administration for global compensation programs and policies
Survey Data Participation:
Radford Global Compensation Database data submission for: USA, UK, India, France, Switzerland & Mexico
Survey submission is due early May 2022
Job Description project
Review all current Job Descriptions and transfer to new Template & upload to SharePoint for all HR to access globally
Update and maintain Global Job Catalogue
Maintain Global Job Catalogue version update date for access to Global HR teams. This includes sending requests to HRIS team members for set up and updates to global job codes: This may include market pricing assignment of Pay Grade / Salary range, title, level and job function
Day-to-day compensation support to all HR
Answer all incoming inquiries on Jobs, pay, HRIS employee data integrity
Provide FLSA audit support for existing and new jobs
Job Specifications
Education Level:
(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Master's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in Compensation.
Experience in global organization, manufacturing or high tech experience desirable. WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional highly desired.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to research and analyze data effectively
Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
Ability to influence stakeholders
Excellent customer service orientation
Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships

Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
