Now hiring a Preconstruction Manager in Louisville, KY!Trillium Construction is looking for a Preconstruction Manager!

Our client is a well-established general contractor that specializes in commercial, healthcare and food service construction. This is a direct hire role.

Duties:

•Determine personnel expenses, time to complete the project, and assist with the bidding process.
•Develop itemized expense list based on personnel and material needs.
•Job site evaluation
•Perform calculations and research to develop ways to reduce overall project costs
•Collaborate with projects designers and owners to explain cost findings.
