Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Enrollment process in meeting performance standards and deadlines, by updating and generating enrollment packets within Enrollment System for all billing contracts for the division. Following established procedures print applications from system populating as many fields that are feasible, review file and tag all applications for signature and completion by the practitioners, requiring acute detail-orientation and accuracy to ensure completeness of information pre-populated on the enrollment applications.

Prepare spreadsheet and notify RTI/Billing Company of new providers, obtain RTI billing numbers and enters data into Enrollment System prior to printing provider agreements.

Submit applications to the Enrollment Specialists for quality review prior to sending to the practitioners for completion. Using established templates prepare cover letter to include all documents that need to be returned with applications, prepare all Federal Express mailing envelopes and returns for packets, track all packets by date sent and received.

Conduct follow-up calls to providers for all outstanding packets in a timely manner for return to the division prior to first shift worked. Scrutinize applications for accuracy and completeness before submitting returned enrollment applications to Enrollment Specialists final review and processing to the payors.

Maintain Enrollment applications files following established procedures by practitioner and by facility including grids with medical expiration dates for all practitioners at all facilities, logs and information on NPI issues, including confirmation of all group NPI being loaded into Enrollment System and attest to the Medicaid numbers on the various Medicaid website.May open the Enrollment department mail, logging applications that are returned, rejected and/or requests from payors for additional information, immediately disseminate Enrollment mail.

Minimum Qualifications:Education/Licensing/Certification:

Bachelor degree a plusExperience:Previous enrollment and/or insurance carrier billing experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Possess good analytical, organizational and detailed oriented skillsAbility to multi-task working under high volume and deadlines in a fast paced environmentEnthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independentlyProficient is Microsoft Window Programs (Word and Excel a must) Versatile database management skills required.Capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines and multi-taskingIf you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
