Provide advanced level administrative support for a department or facility.
Oversee daily operation of office and activities of office.
Evaluate workflow and reallocate resources and/or redesign processes to meet office needs and high level of customer service.
Train new administrative staff, students and/or temporary workers.

Serve in a highly visible capacity as resource for facility, including frequent interactions with internal and external customers.
Communicate on behalf of facility leadership team.
May provides information about facility and responds to requests from referral sources.
