Analyze project execution and identify risks before they impact timeline. Conduct post mortems, root cause analysis, and action plans safeguard against future challenges.
Take ownership of project delivery and personal responsibility for delivering results
Conduct stakeholder and interviews to determine, recommend and document project needs and resource requirements. Collect inputs from multiple sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
Develop business cases, analyze project goals, and create implementation plans. Manage operations of each project, including developing a project plan with: clear scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, logistics, staffing and resource/equipment planning
Tailor the most appropriate project management framework (Systems, Process, & People) and build project plan with milestones and delivery dates
Project manage launches of new products and campaigns
Create and help execute operating structure, systems, playbooks, and processes. Develop new end toned rollout plans and Go to Market playbooks.
Refine best practices for cross functional program management on an ongoing basis
Continually evaluate and improve tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
- 4-6 years total professional experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a management consulting, or similar strategic program management role at a tech or consumer company
- 2-3 or more years direct work experience in a project coordination capacity for Application Development projects
- Operations, Product, Program, or Project Management experience in software or hardware
