Job Title: MS SQL DBA With AWS Experience

Work Location: Seattle-WA-98101
Duration: 12 months

Detailed Job Description:

1. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with SQL Server database management in a Windows environment.
2. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with SQL Server Clustering, AlwaysOn Availability, and Replication.
3. Experience with Amazon Web Services.
4. Write complex SQL Queries and Procedures, and monitor performance and tuning using SQL Profiler.
5. Monitor and optimize system performance using index tuning, disk optimization, and other methods.
6. Implement, configure, and troubleshoot database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access.
7. Maintain database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.
8. Develop and design automation scripts for database maintenance and monitoring, schemas, stored procedures, triggers, ETL, SSIS packages, and SSRS.
9. Collaborate with the Product and Development Teams on design and review of Technical Specification Documents as it relates to Database Architecture.
10. Provide highly responsive engagement for 24 x 7 support on premise.
