The Marketing Director will collaborate with executive leadership to develop marketing goals and initiatives with potential for growth and customer loyalty. An ideal candidate would demonstrate subject matter expertise and is responsible for communicating the brand and value. Works cross functionally with the leadership team, sales, business development, customers, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the organization?s goals. Collaborates with stakeholders through frequent communications, and ongoing assessment of the marketing strategy success. Overall Marketing Management ? Lead small team responsible for marketing, company events, corporate programs as well as developed strategy and positioning. ? Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities. ? Identify areas of unaddressed opportunity and propose innovative solutions to capture the opportunity. ? Manage marketing budgets, and run monthly accounting reports, tracking spend back to results ? Involved in internal marketing projects for branding and culture development. ? Oversee CRM data analysis for marketing purposes. ? Negotiate contracts with media partners, event venues, and other vendors ? Perform market research to gather important brand data ? Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns ? Work with contractors to produce creative for advertisements, promotional items, collateral, and in-store displays. Vendor/Customer Relationships: ? Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to establish marketing plans for co-op programs. ? Develop and run customer loyalty program Website/Digital ? Responsible for producing content for the website, social media, email and other channels. ? Oversee all digital marketing activities and reporting ? Manage overall update and enhancement of the website and maintain content via WordPress. Troubleshoot in case of technical issues and serve as a liaison to web design firm. Public/Community Relations ? Manages community outreach, sponsorships and fundraising involvement. ? Manage all advertising programs, including print and digital. ? Responsible for all public-facing marketing and communications materials to ensure they consistently represent the Brand?s identity, values, and beliefs. ? With the CEO grow positive awareness of the organization and strengthen its reputation with customers, employees and the community we serve. Tactical ? Lead development of marketing strategy and calendar, budget allocation and deployment of programs. ? Execute an annual marketing plan to support sales efforts and meet revenue targets ? Oversee art direction and creation of photography, video, print, digital, and advertising.

Job Requirements

B2B Marketing BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field. Minimum 5-15 years of marketing experience. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc. Microsoft Office Experience Strong writing and communications skills. Management experience
