Robert Half Legal is assisting a national mortgage lender on an opening for a Licensing Specialist to join their team. This role works closely with the legal, risk, and audit departments to ensure compliance under the SAFE Act and various state licensing regulations. Duties will include processing new licenses, renewing and maintaining existing licenses, research, tracking deadlines, filing annual reports, and working extensively in the NMLS system.
3+ years of experience in regulatory or corporate compliance matters, preferably with a state licensed loan originator or servicer is preferred. You must have experience working in the NMLS for consideration.
