Customer Service Representative
IMMEDIATE NEED for a Customer Service Representative to join a publicly traded, consumer services company at their Santa Ana, CA office for a full-time, direct hire position. The ideal candidate will have experience handling and responding to customer service phone calls and emails, with the ability to place orders and inform customers of company services, policies and procedures.
- Handle customer service calls and respond and resolve customer service emails
- Inform customers of company services, memberships, procedures, policies and promotions
- Assist in selling and placing of orders
- Research, resolve, and follow up on complaints or issues
- Provide general office support
- Ability to manage customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to improve service
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and relay company policies and procedures
