We're looking for someone who takes pride in their job and wants to make Elim a better place to work. As a School Records and Database Administrator at Elim, you'll be required to:

  • Maintain accurate student information in the database
  • Maintain contact information and regularly communicate with all Home School Districts
  • Train new and current staff on the use of PowerSchool and Elim-specific reports and pages
  • Serve as the Registrar for Elim Christian School
  • Update and maintain IEP Program Information in PowerSchool

Monday - Friday: 40hrs/week

52 weeks/year

Wages & Benefits:* $21 - $25/hr

* Medical, dental, vision, flex spending, retirement plan (with match)

Education, Licenses & Certifications:
  • High school diploma required; additional education and/or training preferred.
  • Experience working with student databases, PowerSchool preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
