Job Description

Do you have mail room experience, and have been responsible for the management of documents?

Look no further, our customer is looking for a Mail Clerk who would be responsible for accurately handling all incoming documents as requested to support the business operation goals and service levels.

This position will have the hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. These hours could fluctuate based on business needs (32-40+ hours a week.)

Mail Clerks are required to handle all incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next. Mail Clerks may be receiving, sorting, scanning, batching, validating, or releasing documents. All documents must be processed with a high level of accuracy and quality.
