Customer Service - Call Center Seeking a friendly and polished Customer Service Rep to assist all customers in finding satisfaction. Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Glendale/Burbank Duties & Responsibilities - Greet all calls with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude - Answer questions and direct individuals appropriately - Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and resolutions - Represent company by communicating extensive knowledge - Answer a high volume of calls and respond to email inquires Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience in a call center environment - Previous Customer Service experience preferred - Professional demeanor and excellent communications skills - The ability to be resourceful and adaptable - Technologically savvy - Familiarity with MS Office Suite - Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required (High School Diploma required) We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
