Processesmember transactions, presents product options and assists in overall branchoperations. Providesfloating teller coverage at various branch locations.
Processes member (and shared branch) accountrequests including deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, teller checks,cashier’s checks, loan payments, account balances, loan advances, and accounthistory. Maintains cash controls and balances drawer daily. Consistently demonstrates the Westerra WayExperience.
Provides information to members about creditunion products and services, including savings options, rates, available loans,and convenience services, and opens additional accounts. Meets minimum sales expectations as definedby the Incentive Compensation Plan.
Abilityto work a flexible schedule and travel between Credit Union branch locations asneeded to support the teller line needs of the Credit Union.

Education Experience and Certification: HighSchool Diploma or GED
Detailoriented with previous cash handling experience (preferred) Skills and Abilities: Mustbe sales focused and have sales aptitudeMember/ Customer Service SkillBasicMath SkillsBasicComputer Skills; Typing 30 wpm and 10 key by touch (preferred)
Works primarily at desk orstanding
Travels to various CreditUnion branch locations
