Client Coordinator Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Private Duty Home Care agency.  Due to growth, they are looking for a Client Coordinator for their Sarasota, FL market. This person will oversee the coordinating of schedules of home health aides and caregivers, handling of client calls, and insurance authorizations. Healthcare office administration/scheduling experience is required. Outgoing, organized individuals with strong customer service skills a must!

Client Coordinator Job Requirements 

  • Healthcare office administration / scheduling experience required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (written and phone) and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • HIPPA knowledge a huge plus.

Client Coordinator Responsibilities 

  • Conduct insurance authorizations.
  • Coordinate staff schedules.
  • Communicate between care-giver staff, clients and their representatives.
