POSITION SUMMARY

SET ACTIVE is looking for a Creative Production Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the creative production process from pre-shoot planning to post-production. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about content creation. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow their production and creative skills in a hands-on collaborative role. We are a start-up, so no job is too big or too small for any of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Creative team in planning and executing photoshoots.


• Coordinate studio time, locations, model bookings, and shot lists for seamless shoot preparation.


• Attend photo shoots to manage samples, follow shotlists, and ensure all assets are captured as planned.


• Help with packing and unpacking for photoshoots to streamline setup and wrap-up.


• Oversee ghost photography process, scheduling products, and ensuring accurate color and fit representation.


• Communicate with the freelance team for timely delivery of photography assets.


• Manage supplementary content requests by adding them to shot lists or sourcing existing content.


• Oversee post-production, including color correction & light retouching, reviewing final content.


• Maintain organized digital asset libraries.


• Manage production closet and handle product distribution.


• Communicate timelines and asset statuses with internal teams.


• Coordinate marketing deadlines and maintain calendar invites for photoshoots.


• Track & assign creative team tasks for organized project management.


• Coordinate production pulls from the warehouse and prep styling items for shoots.


• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for future projects.


• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2+ years' experience in a creative production environment.


• Able to work full-time in person at our Beverly Hills office.


• Strong understanding of photoshoot production.


• Proven ability to adapt and anticipate the needs of the department.


• Demonstrated history of teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.


• Exceptional communication skills, project management skills, and ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.


• This role may be required to travel approximately 5% of the time.
