Another Source’s client, it luggage, is recruiting an Administrative Sales Administrator to join their team in Bothell.

  • We know how important it is to have work life balance. As our Sales Administrator, as the role is referred to internally, you have the choice to identify a schedule that works best for you. Take your pick between 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6 Monday through Friday.
  • We work in the luggage industry and run a showroom so when the season changes, so do the samples which means you may be picking out some new luggage for your next trip!
  • In addition to a salary budgeted between $18-20 per hour depending on experience, you will have free parking, medical/dental/Vision kicking in at 90 days and paid time off (PTO) building at approximately 8 hours/month.

You will play an instrumental role in supporting the sales and account management functions of this international organization.  This is an opportunity to join a small, friendly and dynamic team in a fast-paced and busy environment.  This position will be key in not only supporting internal customer but also providing customers with the level of support they have grown to expect from the it luggage team.

Your week might look like this:

  • Manage and execute timelines for customer meeting preparation.
  • Communicate with customers and all team members in real time.
  • Updating and maintaining multiple master customer spreadsheets.
  • Interfacing with internal departments on all projects.
  • Update inventory feeds as required by customer.
  • Update inventory, selection sheets, build sheets, price lists, and distribute accordingly.
  • Confirm and process customer orders and notify departments.
  • Update forecasts and review sales trends to modify stock accordingly.
  • Raise Order Confirmation (OC) and making necessary revisions in conjunction with sales team.
  • Create Packaging Sheet (PS) and making necessary revisions.
  • Organize and create buy offers for customers based on their requests and incoming and warehouse stock.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the office common spaces and the showroom.
  • Help to manage the travel schedule for busy US Sales Vice President as well as other salespeople on occasion.
  • Create monthly expense reports in conjunction with the accounting department.

What we’d like to see you bring to the position:

  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer facing experience handling administrative duties, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Team player and forward thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis in Excel. Experience with Microsoft Navigation or similar preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent numerical skills for entering, checking and analyzing data.
  • Respond well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, taking direction from multiple parties
