Our client is in need of a customer service representative to join their team. They are a local provider for concrete, tile, and stone equipment & tools. This position is open due to the current employee in this role receiving a promotion. Daily Responsibilities: -Handling 50-60 inbound/outbound calls from customers regarding their orders, products they are interested in, or returns of their products. -Reaching out to vendors to provide updates on the inventory of products -Data entry of all information from customers into their software (netsweet) -There will be a little troubleshooting involved, either answering the questions or route the call to the best person to answer the questions MUST HAVES: -Customer Service Experience (1-2 year's experience working at a larger company preferred, willing to take entry level) -Ability to navigate computers -Experience handling up to 75 inbound/outbound calls
You will be reporting directly to a manager but working with a team of 3-4 other customer service reps. Everyone has their own work stations spaced out. Very clean office environment.
HS Diploma required
1-2 years of Customer service experience
1st week they will be shadowing another customer service rep, taking notes, asking questions, and reviewing everything they learned at the end of the day. 2nd week they will move this individual into their own station to start taking in a low volume of calls.
